The purpose of the proposed action is to amend the required date the Virginia Department of Social Services reports to the Governor and the General Assembly on the effectiveness of low-income energy assistance programs in meeting the needs of low-income Virginians from annually to biennially with no cessation date as required by ยง 63.2-805. |
