General Information
Action Summary Adds provisions currently required for Licensure by Endorsement for applicants who have been previously licensed in other states, including an attestation that the applicant is not a respondent in a pending or unresolved malpractice claim or in any pending or unresolved board action, that the license is unrestricted, any continuing education requirements have been met, and the applicant has not committed any act which would constitute a violation of laws in Virginia.
