| Action Summary |
To allow the Board to accept other evidence of qualification for licensure from an applicant if a transcript or other documentation cannot be produced by a third-party entity from which it is required. It will also require an applicant to submit a current report from the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB), which is produced along with the report that is currently required from the Healthcare Integrity and Protection Data Bank (HIPDB). |
