Action:
Re-format current regulation to harmonize with data system requirements
Action 1917
General Information
Action Summary |
This action reconfigures the current regulation text by separating certain paragraphs and sentences into more discrete units of information for compliance purposes. The content does not change. The current regulation, effective February 1, 2005, is not configured to provide the discrete elements required by the DOLPHIN system. The Division of Licensing Programs uses a Division of Licensing Programs Help and Information Network (DOLPHIN) to manage information about applicants and regulated providers. It also serves as a management tool for licensing staff. |
