General Information
Action Summary This action amends the treatment guidelines for the use of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents and replaces the TPA formulary currently found in Chapter 30 with a list of categories of drugs that can be administered and prescribed.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
