Action Summary |
Chapter 302 of the 2003 Acts of Assembly repealed all provisions of the Code relating to the arterial network of highways. This regulation was based on a 1964 Highway Commission resolution establishing the network. The Office of the Attorney General previously determined that the regulation was exempt, and recommended that the CTB repeal the regualtion, since it will be unenforceable after July 1. |
