Would adopt regulations for designation of regional EMS council and revise regulations regarding the Rescue Squad Assistance Fund (RSAF), combining them with all regulations governing EMS in Virginia, i.e., the intended provisions would be inserted into two new parts, Parts 7 and 8, in the newly-adopted chapter on EMS, 12 VAC 5-31, while repealing the current chapter regarding the RSAF in 12 VAC 5-40. |
