Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes

Updates to the Child Support Enforcement Manual include changes to the notarization requirement for Family Violence, changes to the Interviewing and Communications process for Case Management, revisions to the effective date of a modified order involving a deceased custodial parent, changes to clarify the paternity disposition of a child, changes to clarify collection of expenses, clarification for the Monthly Payment Agreements and revisions to procedures involving lost contact of a custodial parent.
