Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes

All of the text in DMAS' Renal Dialysis Clinic Manual is being deleted. This manual text was very much out of date. It was reviewed carefully, and relevant portions have already been moved to DMAS' Practitioner Manual. There is no need to have a separate manual for this provider type. (Although the Renal Dialysis manual is being eliminated, DMAS did not include Chapters 1 & 3 as part of the review, because these chapters are 100% boilerplate and identical across all of DMAS' manuals. Therefore, they will continue to appear in all of DMAS' other provider manuals.)
