The guidance document ORH-730, Guidance on the Disposal of X-ray Equipment, is submitted for amendment. This amendment will change the title of the document to "Guidance on the Transfer and Disposal of X-ray Equipment" and merge the content of ORH-730 with ORH-731 since they are similar and reference the same section of the VAC (12VAC5-481-350). Additionally, ORH has developed a new standard template for its guidance documents in an effort to improve their professional appearance.
