Section B.1: This statement is very open ended. Does this imply any unconceived unintentional functional damage? (i.e. any unintended side effects not covered in the patient's consent for 'site specific' radiation therapy?)

Section B.2: As written this section does not account for patient intervention that may alter weekly and/or overall therapeutic dose. (e.g. If a patient is none compliant or due to other medical issues is unable to received scheduled radiation therapy treatments, does this qualify as a misadministration? Or is the physician required to ammend the written directive retrospectively to account for the change in weekly dose for that time period of patient intervention?
