Owner/Agent:   - Why have we rolled back to pre 2008 rule?   It seems that owner/agent would confuse the publice more if they are dealing with a brokerage that they think is the owner.  

Office/Residence -  Accessiblilty requirement.   With the advent of electronic business,  fewer and fewer brokers have the public in their office.  To work from home reduces carbon imprint.   Generally, public meeting places seem safer today.   Many work out of their homes without public entry. 

Lastly,  The regulations need a new front page that does not state updated 2008.
