There are human beings (real live, sacred, people including the precious baby in the mother's womb involved in the clinic's operation.  They all need the very best health and safety standards available as in hospitals and medical clinics.  The live, human babies in the womb have no clue what's happening.  They especially need the utmost dignity and respect.  This is the least we can do for these little ones who will, unfortunately, be gone forever, while at these clinics.
