A closed abortion clinic is a safe abortion clinic.  Planned Parenthood is a multimillion dollar machine that does not care about women's health (isn't if funny how there is NO planning and NO parenthood in Planned Parenthood?).  The abortion industry cannot be trusted to regulate itself.  So these proposed amendments should be rejected.
