To whom it may concern, I was educatied as a Registered Nurse (retired). I earned my BS and MS degrees in Nursing, and I taught Medical-Surgical Nursing at Boston University. 

Anyone who knows how abortions are done knows that we must protect the women who seek them. Having sanitation standards similar to day-surgery clinics is critical for women's health. So i implore you to not erase the standards that have helped women by insuring that at least the clinics are clean and safe.
