Repeatedly, independent inspectors find serious deficiencies at abortion clinics...even during announced inspections.  Clearly, abortion clinics are not able/willing to self-regulate.  Virginia women deserve sanitary conditions and safe procedures...and an adequate emergency backup plan when complications occur.

It is only common sense that abortions centers adhere to the regulatory standards of other healthcare facilities.
