Consent to allow student practice on our pets

To all that this may concern;

It is extremely important that all pet owners be made aware of any/all procedures being performed on our animals and who will be performing that procedure.

 Our pets are members of our family.  They deserve the same treatment that we would give our human members.  I would absolutely expect to be made 100% aware of who is performing the medical procedure and how long they have been in the veterinary medical field.  I would always expect to be able to give my prior consent based on the full knowledge of what will be performed, by who and if there are any complications associated with the procedure.  I would never allow anyone to operate on my pet without a qualified veterinary doctor in attendance.  Thank you, for giving this matter your immediate attention.     Sincerely, The Duran and Niekerk Families
