vets students that are performing medical procedures especially surgery should have too by laws or vet regulations should have to have signed consent to perform all surgical procedures. I would not want my pet practiced on without knowing and consenting. It's not ethical practice. Animal procedures should be handled like any human being is handled in the medical field.
