Owner's Consent must be REQUIRED before students work on people's pets.
ANY SITUATION IN WHICH A STUDENT WILL BE PERFORMING A TASK WHICH ORDINARILY REQUIRES LICENSURE MUST REQUIRE THE OWNER’S SPECIFIC CONSENT.
