This whole practice of putting out commercials to get donations from the public by presenting themselves as compassionate people helping animals,while in practice killing most all they can get their hands on must stop. I not only believe that they need to be regulated, they should face criminal charges for fraud and theft. As an animal lover myself, I have donated money to some of these organizations for years and now that I find out the truth, I feel violated, I am angry and I want justice for the defenseless animals I was trying to help. Defrauding the public should never be allowed to be a "business model"..
