As a patient and speaking for the general public, I strongly suggest you to denied DA scaling. I was once a patient that allow DA and/or dentist to clean my teeth (no hygienist was employed there) and when transfer to a new (and current) office I was in for a shock. I was in desired need of cleaning. Boy did the term "never had my clean this clean before" was so true. I regred not knowing the differences. I will never again allow assistant to clean my teeth. Otherwise you will be looking at a whole of dentures patients in the near future if you allow DA to scaling. Because we would lose our teeth if we did not recieve the PROPER CARE!
THANK YOU
