The passage of this action woud disenfranchise people who are trying to follow the rules.  My husband is a "Junior".  His father passed away 25 years ago.  Sometimes his name comes up "JR" on records, sometimes does not.  Will writing or not writing "JR" on his ballot be a reason to throw it out?
