I agree entirely with those who have objected to the new requirements for absentee ballots.  The most significant, I suspect, is the invalidation of ballots that fail to include the street identifier.  This is a trivial error that is highly unlikely to mask voter fraud but may well invalidate genuine ballots, for example, by elderly persons.
