I agree with previous commentators, especially those responsible for managing Virginia's elections, who noted that the additions to material omissions which would invalidate a ballot are unnecessary and would limit a persons right to vote.  Truthfully, they come across as needless nitpicking and likely fodder for TV commentary on Virginia's laws and regulations.
