Let's be clear: ALL restrictive voting regulations are designed for one purpose ONLY. Code speak and nebulous language does not change that fact.

As an African American steeped in the history of this nation and the restrictive measures that have historically been imposed on minorities, I am offended by these new proposed regulations.  

Please vote NO; we do need not to re-visit the past in regard to the consitituional right tovote.
