The changes in the requirements for abstentee voting is just another way to restrict the number of voters exercising their constitutional right to vote.   By requiring the voter to identify the type of street that they live on and whether or not they ar jr., etc.  Is unnecessary and is being proposed in order, not to protect the vote, but to reduce the number of voters.  These changes should be rejected.
