Please repeal TARP. This law is a wolf in sheep's clothing: dressed up to look like a health and safety issue, but really meant to create a hurdle for women in dire situations. Stop trying to find sneaky ways to get around Roe. A woman contemplating abortion is already in a tough situation: rape, incest, drug problems, abusive relationships, a fatal birth defect in a desperately wanted baby. Women do not need more hurdles; they need more easy access to care without waits, delays or extra procedures.
