Absolutely do treat abortion clinics just like other outpatient surgeries, like LASIK and Liposuction. After all, they have equivalent/worse safety records, yet are not required to be miniturized hospitals and never will be. I can claim the sky is green as loud as I want - doesn't make it so, and claiming that safety is a concern does not make these targeted, excessive regulations about safety - and they don't make women one bit more safe.
