As someone who has served in the legislature and watched anti -choice forces attempt this legislation year after year, I am not surprised it has got this far. Even proponents acknowledged they are singling out one type of out patient health provider.Fairness  demands you either apply these regulations uniformly or not at all. Anyone providing out patient surgery , including but not limited to, dentists, doctors, urgent care facilities  should be subjected to theses  regulations for an equal application of the law.
