The regulations enacted to require abortion clinics to meet the building codes required for hospital were designed to shut down abortion providers in Virginia.  By claiming to stand for women's health and safety, fanatical anti-abortion advocates trample reality with their hypocrisy.   If these regulations are simply about safety why don't they apply to every type of out-patient surgery facility in the Commonwealth.  The Board of Health should not be the handmaiden of a mob.
