It is abusive to women desiring an abortion to have lower standards for their medical facilities than standards that apply to delivery rooms in hospitals in VA.  Just because a woman, at a weak moment of her life, makes a poor choice, does not mean she should suffer the possibility of sepsis.  She will suffer enough from the mental consequences of her choice.  Keep the clinic standards at the high level they now are being held to.
