Please consider the difference in usage of a clinic that provides simple, life services for women and those of a rull-service hospsital with rows of wards and operating theaters that need huge crews of support and janitorial crews.  Individual clinics providing counselling and early-term abortions do so safely without the  need for wide corridors and janitor closets.  All must be maintained in a sanitary condition with fully licensed providors.  More restrictions on women's health care are unreasonable.  Girls and women need information, access and services all over the state.
