The burdensome restrictions will force many centers to close unnecessarily.  If this were really about "health", these same restrictions would be imposed on ALL outpatient surgical centers.  And what about hospitals themselves?  Are they being forced to upgrade to the standards of NEW hospitals?  These restrictions are clearly meant to enforce a moral viewpoint on all Virginians.  I can totally understand a stance against abortion, and the correct course in that case is not to get one.  However, for some Virginia women there are circumstances that lead them to choose abortion as their best option, and that is their constitutional right.  In addition, most of these centers provide family planning and other women's health services in underserved communities.  These valuable services will also be lost.  Please take the politics out of this and treat these clinics in the same way as other outpatient services clinics.
