Virginia's abortion clinics are only safe when they are held to the same standard as other medical facilities.  Abortion is major surgery and the current Virginia health and safety regulations require that a woman's health be protected.  Un-/minimally-regulated abortion/woman's clinics result in illness, injury and death to women.  How can anyone treat woman so badly by comptemplating a reduction in health and safety standards for this $Billion industry!?
