Repeal the added regulations. Has any woman died from unsanitary conditions at any of these clinics previously? Abortion is wrong, but it is not Government's place to enforce religious decrees.

How much will enforcement of these regulations cost and without new fees or taxes where will it come from? What will program or department will have it's funding cut to compensate?
