In it's current form, this regulation does an adequate job of ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our most vulnerable citizens. All medical facilities must be properly inspected and high standards of care and quality must be maintained. There is no excuse and there must be no exception. The law is clearly stated and easily applicable.

Furthermore, physicians must not be permitted to cut corners, endanger patients' lives, or violate laws without being held accountable and brought to justice. To repeal or amend this regulation would truly be an affront to all women, myself included.
