I am in support of counting all income dollar for dollar for SNAP eligibilty.  Regardless of what your legal status is.  If you work an recieve a salary you should be subject to all the requirements of the program, just the same as our citizens who may have problems worst off then others their full income counts.  Wages are wages no matter what nationality you are.  The elderly have no choice as to whether or not they can continue to work or not to support themselves even though most of them can not and they still are required to meet the income requirements whether they have a physical disability or not.  It should be no different for others.
