I support this change.  With this change this will help align with other benefit programs that are currently counting the income in full.  This change also will make it fair for other US citizens and eligible immigrants who may have the same income and are not eligible; as when the income is prorated sometimes a household would be over the income limits but because of the proration are not eligible to receive SNAP benefits.
