I am glad to see that this policy is finally close to being changed after several years in waiting.  It is quite difficult explaining to citizens being denied SNAP benefits why another family receivies benefits with the exact same income.  Furthermore having to not respond at all when citizens argue that illegals receive more benefits than they do, which is a true statement since currently we are not counting all income of illegal household members.  I support this change in that ANYONE who applies will finally be evaluated the same... equally and fairly... the same across the board regardless.
