The income for undocumented aliens should be counted exactly like everyone else--there should be no difference in this policy.  We have had numerous citizen/lawful alien cases that we have had to deny for being over income but a family with citizen children, undocumented parents with the same income would be eligilbe---NOT fair to the other families that are struggling to survive as well.
