A public hearing will be held by the Virginia Resources Commission (VMRC) beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, to consider an application submitted by Alyson Schlobohm (VMRC #2023-2496) requesting a permit from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to replace an existing groin with a 48-foot long timber low profile groin, install 14 linear feet of new bulkhead return wall, and construct a 6-foot by 6-foot access stair structure along the Rappahannock River shoreline at 158 Pops Lane in Essex County
