| Purpose of the meeting At this meeting, the Board of Coal Mining Examiners will review and act upon the status of certifications of those miners referred to the Board in accordance with Coal Mine Safety Act Section 45.1-161.35.G.No public comment has been requested; however, the Board will receive comments from interested parties related to the work of the Board. Special accommodations for the disabled will be made available at the public meeting on request. Anyone needing special accommodations needing special accommodations should contact the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy Division of Mines at least seven days prior to the meeting date. | |
