Title	Consumer Confidence Report Implementation Instructions

Summary	This memo provides a timetable for tasks to be completed by field office staff to effectively administer the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) Rule. The procedures are revised to allow community waterworks serving less than 10,000 persons the option of mailing a copy of the CCR to each customer or publishing the report in a local newspaper of general circulation.
