Stage:
On 11/7/2019 the board requested that this
emergency stage be extended until 6/29/2020.
Reason for Extension:
The Agency waited before beginning the process of making the regulation permanent in anticipation that legislative action would mandate significant changes to the proposed language. That action did not take place and now the agency is prepared to move forward with making the regulation permanent. We have active licenses in place that are regulated by these provisions.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 12/17/2019.
