The Celltrak app has so many flaws I have started to wonder if it was designed by rogue blind and starving chimpanzees! We rarely see apps this poorly designed last long in the marketplace, but it seems that since there is governmental oversight we are supposed to accept this incredibly intrusive beast and it's Unconstitutional intrusion into our lives.
The app fails constantly. It saves shifts instead of submitting them, or it runs and doesn't take the shift. When we log in the next day the attendant sees two shifts of the same on the same day, which they didn't enter. The portal usage comes with threats of punitive measures if we don't submit to our overlords. This results in more calls and time battling with CDCN rather than caring for the disabled person in question. How can this be remotely acceptable?
Let's rethink this entire thing! The disabled community deserves the same privacy and protection as the rest of the country, and this is the opposite of that. Our kids are struggling to stay alive each day, and neither they nor us have any time to be inventing ways to defraud the government.
