I am in full support of this petition. As a taxpayer in this state, I would like to know that my earnings are being put towards no kill initiatives in shelters. I have looked at what others have written in opposition to this petition stating that these measures are already taken by many organizations and shelters. If this is the case, the petition will change nothing for them and will only begin regulating those shelters that do not already participate. I am in complete and total support of these changes. Please show how progressive our state can be!
