Why are the other funding sources (Code Sections 54-.1-2349.A.1, 54-1.2349.A.3 and 55-79.89.D) not included in the regulations as each section states collected payments are to be credited to the Common Interest Community Management Fund? 

1. What steps has the CICB taken to promote the improvement and more efficient operation of communities through research and education submitted to the Fund ?

2. What is the current balance of the Common Interest Community Information Management Fund ?
