I am AGAINST these proposed regulations because they will increase sprawl and severely damage the economy of Virginia.
Why target development when the much greater pollution contributers are agricultural runoff and inadequately treated sewage? Focusing on development restrictions will have little impact on water quality while driving up costs for housing, goods, and services for all Virginians.
Please look instead at enforcing the existing regulations, as well as increasing agricultural runoff controls, and improving sewage treatment.
