Dear DCR,
We need those regulations!
Nonpoint source pollution comes from streets and construction sites and the developers need to do their part for the health of our citizens, communities, and region.
They are profiting from the degredation of our waterways. These actions are irresponsible and should be appropriatly redirected with these stormwater regulations.
