Caring for women includes making sure that any facility providing healthcare  for women meets  high health standards.  Often times these facilities provide care for lower income women since those with greater means use hospital facilities.  Lowering the standard for places that provide abortion  ensures a lower quality of care for those who cannot afford going to a hospital where the standards are high. 

 You have the ability to determine the quality of care. Please do not lower the standards.
